Nicholas Sydnor

Managing Partner

Mr. Sydnor attended school and entered into the oil and gas industry in eastern Texas where he learned to lead a supervise construction management and pipeline inspection. He went on to achieve his NACE CIP Level 1: 65357 from the NACE institute in 2016, followed by his API 1169 certification (ID: 81033). Since 2011, Mr. Sydnor has been involved in various sectors of the oil & gas industry working for Nicor Gas and the Energy Marine Consortium. His primary function in most jobs was personnel management and team leadership. Mr. Sydnor has shepherded multiple construction and inspection crews working with organizations like Nicor Gas and with systems like reboilers, separators, regulators, pipe & valving, generators, compressors, after-coolers, and gathering line installations. He strives to provide clients a cost-effective and reliable experience that ensures compliance and achieves time-tables on or ahead of schedule.

Jay Evans

Managing Partner

Mr. Evans has over a decade of experience in the oil and gas industry. He has grown his career from the ground up, from laborer to foreman. His specializations include pipeline inspection oversight and welding inspections – including roles as Chief Inspector. More recently Mr. Evans has been the Construction Coordinator for Nicor Gas and in so doing managed multiple project, construction, and inspection crews simultaneously. Additionally he has extensive knowledge in gathering lines, reboilers, separators, air coolers, valving and bolt-up applications, tap stations, and regulator apparatus. Mr. Evans’s certifications include: AWS CWI (#15072351) – API 1104, NACE CIP LEVEL 2 (#57042), TWIC Card, API-1169 (#73472), OSHA–10 Card (#36-003257435), OSHA-30 Card (#36-601194891), and FERC Environmental Training, which was completed in Colorado.
